To reserve an online appointment a valid credit card is required. A 48 Hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Appointments Cancelled less than 48 hours prior to appointment time may result in a 50% service fee of the original appointment scheduled.
